Please join us on an exclusive distillery tour, special bourbon tasting and private horse farm tour. This is a very special opportunity for a small group of only 12 people. Everyone is encouraged to drive their favorite cool car.

We will start the day at historic Gratz Park Inn, for a meet and greet and enjoy a delicious buffet country breakfast with fresh fruits. Then we will embark for a short drive to WinStar Farm for a private tour of one of the most exquisite thoroughbred farms in the Bluegrass. We will be privileged to visit areas not open to the general public, tour the stallion barn and have photo opportunity with a few of the stallions.

 From WinStar we will drive through horse country to Buffalo Trace Distillery where the history goes back into the 1700’s and the early pioneers of distilling in Kentucky. Here we will have a few minutes for pictures before lunch is served.  We will be greeted by the Master Distiller, Harlan Wheatley, who will take us on a behind the scenes tour of the distillery, warehouses and bottling room.

Immediately following the tour we will have the privilege to sample 12, 15 and 20 year Pappy Van Winkle Family Reserve Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whisky with Master Distiller Wheatley. We are proud to be able to offer this rare opportunity.  As always there will be great conversation and considerable bourbon knowledge shared by all.

After the tour concludes there is a great gift shop to pick up mementos, visit the bourbon museum, stroll the grounds and depart at your leisure.

Donations for the Bourbon Tour are $1500 per person.
